Headshots by Bradford Rogne Photography ("RognePhoto," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rognephoto.com, why we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, selected service, preferred timing, and the contents of an inquiry. If you subscribe to email updates, we collect your email address and subscription preferences. Appointment and payment information submitted through the embedded Square booking service is collected and processed by Square under its own privacy terms and made available to us as needed to manage your appointment.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account details, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through our general contact form.

Information collected automatically

When permitted by your cookie choices, we and our service providers may collect information such as your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring page, dates and times, advertising campaign parameters, and interactions with links or forms. Cookies and similar technologies may assign a pseudonymous browser or session identifier.

  • Squarespace, for website hosting, forms, email features, security, and site analytics.
  • Google, for reCAPTCHA, Maps, optional Analytics and Ads measurement, and Google Workspace or Apps Script used to route inquiries.
  • Meta, for optional advertising measurement when you consent.
  • Square, for appointment scheduling and payment-related services.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

Third-party websites, embedded services, and social-media links are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This website and its inquiry and booking tools are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian should arrange services for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly ask a child under 13 to submit personal information directly through this website. If you believe a child has done so, please contact us so we can review and delete the information as appropriate.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may reject optional cookies, unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email, or ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. Send requests to info@rognephoto.com.
