A website description or estimate is not a binding service commitment unless it is included in a confirmed booking or written client agreement.

Bookings and photography services

Appointments, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, deliverables, image licensing, retouching, usage permissions, and other service terms may be governed by the terms presented during booking and by a separate proposal, invoice, release, or photography agreement. If those service-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the service-specific terms control for that engagement.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must arrange and authorize photography services for a minor. The website's inquiry and booking tools are intended for adults.

Copyright and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, text, designs, graphics, video, branding, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Headshots by Bradford Rogne Photography and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, publish, sell, modify, scrape, harvest, create datasets from, train an artificial-intelligence system on, remove attribution or rights information from, or otherwise exploit website content without prior written permission or another valid legal right. Display of a photograph in the portfolio does not grant a license to use it.

Acceptable use
